CCAC is a not for profit organization. Current projects for which we are raising funds include:
- Working with Allegany County on the development of the county Solid Waste Management Plan
- Creating a County Fair booth to raise public awareness
- Establishing a monument to the citizen confrontation on April 5, 1992 at the Caneadea Bridge (Bump the Dump), forcing NYS to stop radioactive waste from being dumped in Allegany County and changing the national nuclear waste law.
CCAC needs your help with financing these projects. We are dedicated to sustaining a livable environment and protecting the quality of air, water, soil and energy for future generations.
There are two ways to help. First, we would greatly appreciate a monetary donation of any size. Second, we would greatly appreciate your help in reaching others who may not know about us but share our passion in protecting the environment and would also like to donate money.
Please feel free to send your tax deductible donation to the address below. You will receive a receipt for your records. Any donation is appreciated. CCAC is a 501(c)(3) organization.
